The second unit is slightly larger at 1,254 sq ft and costs Rs 3.26 crore. It also includes two parking spaces. The stamp duty for this purchase was Rs 19.56 lakh, along with a registration fee of Rs 30 lakh. Both deals were officially registered on November 24, 2025.
