Singapore deported an Australian man on Sunday after completing a nine-day prison sentence for escaping movie star Ariana Grande during the Asian screening of the movie “Wicked: For Good,” local media reported.

The Immigration Authority of Singapore said in a statement reported by CNN that the man, named Johnson Win, was returned to Australia and “banned from returning to Singapore.”
Ariana Grande About the incident
On opening night of the much-publicized “Wicked” sequel on Nov. 13, Wayne jumped over the barricade and put his arm around Grande. The videos, which went viral online, show Wayne wrapping his arm around the shocked star before jumping up and down and waving smilingly at the crowd. Then Grande’s co-star, Cynthia Erivo, rushes to defend her, and security guards arrest the man and throw him over the barricade.
Imprisonment
He was arrested hours later and subsequently charged with “public nuisance.” Last week, the court sentenced Wen to nine days in prison. Singapore District Judge Christopher Goh, who imposed the prison sentence, described the Australian as an “attention seeker.” Wayne, who is accused of disrupting other international sporting events and concerts, had “displayed a pattern of behavior” that indicated he would do so again, the judge said before issuing last week’s ruling.
The prison sentence was far less than the maximum penalty stipulated by law: three months in prison, a $1,500 fine, or both.
Where does he react?
Wayne told the court he was “wrong” to think his actions would lead to no consequences and promised not to repeat the act.
The accident did not prevent the premiere from going ahead, as the cast gathered around Grande before continuing down the yellow carpet. Grande, 32, began her career as a teenager on Broadway before embarking on a successful pop career.
